COMPLIANCE OBLIGATIONS
AS/NZS 3012 is the primary standard for construction and demolition environments. WHS Regulations 2022 Regulation 165 governs RCD testing. Principal contractors carry additional obligations to ensure all subcontractors on site maintain compliant equipment. Non-compliant equipment can trigger WorkSafe intervention and halt site operations.
